Arnold Ehret’s MUCUSLESS DIET HEALING SYSTEM teaches that bananas and dates build muscles after fasting. Food scientists claim that bananas contain high levels of Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin C, Copper, Phosphorus, Fiber and Potassium. Their caloric ratio is 93% Carbohydrates, 3% Fat and 4% protein.
(Note: According to Dr. Sebi and Maa (The Fig Tree), bananas are toxic due to pesticides. They recommend the baby bananas.)
Here’s a simple, refreshing meal that you can make in five minutes…
Ingredients: (Serving 1-2)
6 very ripe cold medium organic bananas
1 cup ice-cold water
2 pitted Medjool dates (optional)
1/2 tsp of pure ground Vanilla bean
1. Peel and add bananas to Vitamix or high-speed blender
2. Add water and dates.
3. Depending on the sweetness of the bananas, you may want to add dates. Any dates will do.
4. Start blending on low speeds and increase to medium speeds until dates are blended. You may blend at highest speed briefly to blend thoroughly.
Two bananas were enough for breakfast, on a vegan diet. As a fruitarian, I typically eat 6-10 in one meal.
