Get It In! The Fruitarian Demonstrates How He Schedules Exercise Into His Work Day…


The Fruitarian (Michael Arnstein) eats only fruit and green leafy vegetables. He’s run many marathons for the purpose of demonstrating how powerful the diet actually is. His children were raised fruitarian. The beauty of New York is captured in this 6 minute video . I had no idea there were Mulberry trees with berries waiting to be picked! As I watched this video, I reminisced about the days when I would ride my bike from Harlem to Tribeca. This is not only about exercise but about putting you first. Whenever I exercise or meditate before work, I feel like I am paying homage to myself. Enjoy!

  1. I love watching fruitarians, liquidarians and breatharians, though isn’t he ‘plant based’ rather than fruitarian (not taking anything away from his amazing health and fitness at all)? Fruit is personally the favourite part of my diet but I need nuts and oils too.

This one’s from Wikipedia: Fruitarianism involves the practice of following a diet that includes fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, without animal products or grains.[1] Fruitarianism is a subset of dietary veganism.
