A wilderness cow builds muscles, bones, hair and milk entirely from grass. Likewise, a human is capable of producing the same elements from raw fruit and green-leaf vegetables (fruit sugar). Animal and Human bodies develop the small amount of required protein from fruit sugar.
Doctors believe that babies, averaging eight pounds, need 13 grams of protein per day. The average 1-year-old weighs 22 pounds. Two thirds of the world’s adult population is lactose intolerant while one-third drinks cow’s milk. Can you imagine a full-grown bear drinking giraffe’s milk?
Weighing approximately 100 pounds at birth, a calf grows to 1000 pounds in one year. Suitably, cow’s milk contains four times the amount of protein and hormones required for humans. Once calves are weaned, like every other species in the animal kingdom, they never drink milk again.
