I spend weeks eating pure fruitarian meals because they taste great and make me feel so good. This is my 11th day of fruit purity. I have avoided setting goals, this time. Each day, I eat what I truly crave. First, I will drink 2 liters of water. An hour later, I will begin eating one fruit at a time.
When eating multiple fruits, it is best to begin with those that belong in the acid category. Therefore, I will start with grapefruit and then the pomegranate. Next will be the sub-acids; mango and apple. Last will be the sweet banana. Food combination rules suggest that acid and sweet fruits be eaten separately, for optimal digestion…

I love cooking. However, the fruitarian diet is efficient; very little preparation and cleaning. I make my own salad dressing, to avoid the vinegar or apple cider vinegar and sodium. Maybe, one day, I will share the recipes with you.
